I suppose what matters most is that the dent was removed perfectly without a sign that it ever existed in the first place, but to be able to do this and provide such excellent service in all other respects is exceptional. We were met warmly when we arrived and then dropped off in the centre of Beverley by a second staff member in one of their vehicles. We had a look around the shops, had a coffee and before we knew it, Dent-Remover rang us to say the car was ready and from where did we want picking up to travel back to their site. When we saw our car the repair was simply amazing. I have a habit of being a difficult customer and don’t like second best. There was no danger of that here. The dent had gone. The car was like new. I couldn’t ask for more. I can not recommend this company highly enough. Superb. Many thanks for everything including the pub recommendation where we had lunch after collecting the car. I called in today for a minor dent repair on the passenger door of my 3 Series. After waiting a few minutes for him to finish a job, he called me straight in. He looked at the dent, quoted a very good price and got straight to work. As soon as he started, he noticed another very small dent on the front wing that I never even noticed. He finished the door in about 10 mins, and even sorted the other dent on the wing in literally 2 mins. Now I'm dent free (I think), and if I spot any more, I'll be back.
